Dr. Dennis Rokser has served in ministry for almost 45 years as a devoted pastor-teacher. He is known for his verse-by-verse expository teaching with a strong emphasis on grace and rightly dividing the Word of God. His messages are rooted in careful Scripture reading, contextual interpretation, and practical application for believers today.

From 1985 to 2022, Pastor Dennis led Duluth Bible Church in Duluth, Minnesota. In August 2022, he became the senior pastor at Grace & Truth Bible Church in Middle Georgia, where he continues his teaching and training ministry.

In 1992, he founded the Grace Institute of Biblical Studies (GIBS) to equip believers within the local church for specialized ministry roles such as pastoral work, youth ministry, and missions. In 2000, he expanded his training efforts internationally by launching the Grace Training International Bible Institutes, which offer free biblical training to national pastors and teachers. This ministry now reaches countries including El Salvador, Nicaragua, Kenya, Zambia, and The Gambia.

In 2012, Pastor Dennis co-founded Grace Gospel Press, now part of True Grace Books, to publish and distribute doctrinally sound, grace-oriented literature. His publications are available through True Grace Books and Amazon.

Dr. J. B. Hixson is the founder and president of Not By Works Ministries. A pastor, professor, and national conference speaker, Dr. Hixson has authored fourteen books and contributed to many theological journals and other Christian publications. He earned his B.A. from Houston Baptist University; Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary; and Ph.D. from Baptist Bible Seminary.
